Training Session & Class Scheduling and Refund Policies

The following policies outline what will happen if either you or Squishy Peanut Marketing needs to reschedule or cancel a training session or appointment.

Training Sessions
Refunds are available for one-on-one training sessions if cancelled with 24 hour notice. If notice is less than 24 hours, refunds will be given based on our discretion. No refunds are available for no-shows with no prior warning. Sessions may be rescheduled for no additional fee if 24 hour notice is given.

The service for Group Training and Prepared Training may be rescheduled, but not refunded, due to the preparation involved in this type of session.

Classes are non-refundable, but if you give 24 hours notice that you can’t make it, we will apply your class fee to an upcoming class or toward a one-on-one training session.

Unforeseen Circumstances
If we are unable to make your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, such as illness or weather conditions, you will be notified within an hour before your session and will be given a full refund.

If we do not show up to your agreed upon session time, you will be given a full refund plus 1/2 off your next appointment re-scheduling.
